In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we process, for what purposes we do so, how we protect your personal data, which rights you have as a data subject and how you may exercise those rights. We also indicate how and where you may lodge a complaint.
1-2-ORDER is the data controller and is established at Bokkerijder 24, 5571 MX Bergeijk, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 99421429.

1-2-ORDER processes your personal data if you have provided these data to us and/or if you make use of the services of 1-2-ORDER.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Processing is a very broad concept and includes any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, such as collecting, recording, organising, storing, updating, retrieving, using, disclosing, disseminating, etc.
In any event, we may process the following personal data:
- first and last name;
- (business) email address;
- (business) telephone number;
If you apply for a position with us, we process the following personal data:
- your name, address and contact details;
- your application letter;
- your curriculum vitae;
- other personal data provided by you, such as details of your references.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- administrative purposes;
- marketing and communication purposes;
- to properly conduct recruitment and selection procedures.
All personal data provided by you are treated with the utmost care and in strict confidence.
We ensure that appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to adequately protect your personal data against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
The personal data provided by you are used solely for the purposes mentioned above and are shared only with persons within our organisation who need to have access to your personal data in order to provide our services properly.

1-2-ORDER shares your personal data with third parties only if this is necessary for the proper performance of the agreement entered into between you and 1-2-ORDER, to comply with a legal obligation, or if you have given your explicit consent.
With third parties who process your data on our behalf, 1-2-ORDER concludes a data processing agreement in order to ensure that they provide an appropriate level of security and confidentiality of your data, comparable to the level we apply ourselves.
Your personal data are stored exclusively within the European Economic Area (EEA), in particular in the Netherlands. If storage outside the EEA should nevertheless take place, 1-2-ORDER will request your explicit prior consent. In addition, 1-2-ORDER will ensure that additional safeguards are in place with regard to the storage of your personal data outside the EEA.
1-2-ORDER does not engage in automated decision-making or profiling.
1-2-ORDER does not retain your personal data longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the personal data were obtained, as well as for a reasonable period thereafter for possible administrative and financial settlement of the assignment.
1-2-ORDER may retain your personal data for a longer period if you have given, or will give, explicit and specific consent.
Finally, 1-2-ORDER may retain your personal data for a longer period if it is legally obliged to do so.
If you apply for a position with us and are not subsequently employed by us, we will retain your data for a maximum period of four weeks after the end of the recruitment procedure. If you consider it desirable that we retain your personal data for a longer period, we will, with your consent, retain these data for a maximum period of one year. Your consent will be recorded in writing. During the period in which we retain your personal data on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Upon receipt of the withdrawal of your consent, we will cease further processing of your personal data.
Once the agreed or statutory retention periods have expired, 1-2-ORDER will delete the personal data.
When visiting the 1-2-ORDER website, various types of cookies are used. Some cookies are placed by third-party services that are displayed on our webpages. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time. More information about the use of cookies can be found in our cookie statement.
As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- the right of access to your personal data;
- the right to erasure of your personal data. If a statutory retention obligation applies, the personal data will be deleted immediately after the expiry of that obligation;
- the right to rectification or restriction of the processing of the collected and processed data;
- the right to data portability (the right to transfer personal data);
- the right to be forgotten;
- the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
You may submit your request to exercise these rights, together with an explanation, to info@1-2-order.nl . 1-2-ORDER will handle your request within the statutory period of four weeks. In the case of complex requests, this period may be extended once by a further four weeks. In handling requests, 1-2-ORDER makes use of the statutory possibilities to grant or refuse your request(s). If your request is refused, we will provide a proper justification.
If 1-2-ORDER acts as a processor and another party is the data controller of your personal data, 1-2-ORDER will forward your request(s) to the data controller as soon as possible. In that case, you will receive a response to your request(s) from the data controller.
Despite our careful handling of your personal data, it is possible that you may still be dissatisfied with certain aspects. In that case, you may contact us via info@1-2-order.nl for information on how to submit a complaint.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint, you may contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). This can be done via the complaint form on the website www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, or by sending a letter to:

In your letter, always state which personal data and which organisation your complaint concerns, whether you have previously contacted the organisation and how it responded to your complaint. Also indicate what you aim to achieve with the complaint.
1-2-ORDER reserves the right at all times to amend this privacy statement in line with the latest developments in the field of the GDPR and other privacy legislation. The most current version of the privacy statement can be found on the website. In the event of any dispute, the latest version of the privacy statement as published on the website shall prevail.
