All costs are included in the quotes. There are no additional fees for using 1-2-ORDER.
At 1-2-ORDER, your components are produced by carefully selected manufacturers within our network. To join this network, our production partners must meet the strict quality standards we apply (the same as at MULTIFIX).
In addition, we have a measurement centre at our location, where each component undergoes a thorough quality inspection process. This ensures that we always deliver products that meet the required quality standards and precisely match your specifications.
Ordering Process
Upload your design, receive a quote, and place your order via the online platform.
We support STEP and PDF files.
You will receive your quote by email within one business day.

Payment & Invoicing
Currently, payment is only accepted via invoice.
You can do so by contacting our customer service team.
Delivery & Logistics
When entering your product(s), you can choose from: 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, or longer.
An estimated delivery date is provided, but live tracking is not available.
Quality & Certification
1-2-ORDER operates according to MULTIFIX standards, specifically the ISO 9001 certification.
Through quality checks conducted by our production partners and by our in-house quality department.
